Use of this website

The content on this website is provided for general information. It is not financial, legal or business advice, and results described in case studies are specific to those clients, campaigns, markets and budgets. They are not a guarantee of similar results.

Engagements

Services are delivered under a separate written proposal or agreement setting out scope, fees and term. Unless that agreement says otherwise: engagements run on a minimum three-month term designed to allow enough time for implementation, testing and optimisation, fees are payable in advance, and advertising media spend is paid by you directly to the advertising platform.

Creative assets

AD-DICT provides creative strategy, direction, concepts, messaging and format recommendations, and performance analysis of creative. AD-DICT does not provide graphic design, photography, video production or UGC production. Unless separately agreed in writing, the production of advertising assets is your responsibility or that of your chosen creative partner.

Accounts and ownership

Campaigns are built in accounts you own. You retain ownership of your advertising accounts, analytics properties, domains, hosting and the data within them. We retain ownership of our internal templates, frameworks and processes.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the claims, pricing, imagery and other material you ask us to advertise, for holding the rights to use it, and for complying with the advertising policies of the platforms we run campaigns on.

Platform dependencies

Advertising and search platforms control their own algorithms, policies, pricing and account approvals. We are not liable for outcomes caused by platform changes, account suspensions or outages outside our control.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
